GRIEVANCES REDRESSAL MECHANISM

The Post conducts an ‘Open House’ at the Consulate premises every Thursday between 3-4pm to address all types of grievances.

  1. For grievances related to Consular services an ‘Open House’ is organized at the premises of Outsourcing Agency on every 2nd & 4th Monday from 12-1pm.
  2. For Trade related grievances email may be sent to trade.sydney@mea.gov.in & for trade enquiries the request can be lodged at the following link: https://cgisydney.gov.in/trade-enquiries
  3. The Post has also been organizing ‘Consular Camps’ once every month in different suburbs having concentration of Indian Diaspora for the redressal of their consular & other issues.
